Meet Paul Plucker - GBC President, Storyteller, & Community Champion

If you’ve ever been to a Greensburg Business Connection breakfast, you’ve likely been entertained, enlightened, and occasionally doubled over with laughter thanks to our president, Paul Plucker. A retired audiologist with a heart as generous as his laugh is big, Paul brings a rare blend of wisdom, wit, and genuine warmth to everything he does especially when it comes to serving others.

Originally hailing from Green Bay, Wisconsin, Paul’s loyalty isn’t just to the community here in Pennsylvania — it extends all the way to Lambeau Field. That’s right: he’s a lifelong Green Bay Packers fan, a fact he’ll happily tie back to nearly any point in conversation.

But while his allegiance to Green Bay remains steadfast, Paul’s professional journey brought him to places and people most of us only hear about in stories. Over the course of his audiology career, Paul had the unique privilege of serving as Arnold Palmer’s audiologist, a role that opened doors to celebrity charity golf tournaments and memorable life experiences. True to form, Paul didn’t just enjoy those opportunities he leveraged them to give back.

Today, Paul channels that same energy and generosity into his role as a leader in fundraising for Redstone Highlands, where he continues to make a meaningful impact on seniors and families throughout our region. Whether it’s rallying support for a big initiative or swapping anecdotes with colleagues and community members, Paul’s infectious enthusiasm and quick humor make every conversation feel like a highlight.

At its core, Paul’s leadership reflects his belief that community isn’t just where we live — it’s who we choose to lift up. We’re grateful to have him at the helm of Greensburg Business Connection and look forward to many more stories (and laughs) ahead.
